RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Adrevo, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, contact us at adrevoshop@use.startmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Wrong or damaged items If you received a wrong or damaged item, contact us immediately at adrevoshop@use.startmail.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
